Der Zwölferkogellift mit Anbindung an den gesamten Skicircus ist ca. 9 min Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Skibus hält direkt an der Hauptstraße.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

To the Loipe Modern Maisonette

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Alpine apartment Haus Gehwolf

Our house is located in a south-facing, very quiet, dream location right next to the main lifts of Saalbach. The village center is just a five-minute walk (via the slopes) or a ten-minute walk (by road) from the apartment. The apartment is located in the lower part of the main building and has a separate entrance. The local tax (mandatory tourist tax to the municipality including the mobility contribution: EUR 2.95 per person aged 15 and over per night) is included in the price.

This spacious modern chalet has been undergoing major refurbishment in 2020. The spacious house features 4 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen & living room, open fireplace and a private spa. Perfect location of the 36 m2 apartment close to the ski lift and the mountains. The gondola "Zwölferkogel" is only 5 min walking distance where you can enter the whole ski and mountain area of saalbach- Hinterglemm. It includes two separate bedrooms including a 1,40 m and a 1,60 m wide bed. There's an additional sleeping couch in the living room. Visitors tax 2,45€ per guest per day. Cozy 3-bed room

A triple room in the attic of our farmhouse is rented. In the room there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a single bed, a wardrobe and a sink. The toilet and shower are on the floor for the exclusive use of guests. As well as a lounge. The city center of Saalfeden is 4 km away. Arrival should be by car, as there is only limited public bus service. We look forward to seeing you soon.
