Outside on the enclosed porch, you'll enjoy a HOT TUB, a movie projector and a custom firepit area beyond the deck.

Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Our cozy farmhouse was built in 1947 and has the feel of the country while being only minutes from restaurants, shopping & White River access. You are welcome to use the full kitchen, dining room, the outdoor dining area, charcoal grill, fire pit and wood burning stove during your stay. No parties are allowed.
