The sunny apartment with balcony, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of Himmelpforten. The train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as the bakery and shopping. By train you are in 11 minutes in the center of Stade and in 70 minutes at Hamburg Central Station. Cuxhaven is also only about 40 minutes away. A monitor can be used for working. You have the option to charge your electric car directly at the parking lot. Only the current electricity rate will be charged.

Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, fifteen minutes to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk shops, but the apartment and kitchen are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher and much more).

It includes a living/bedroom with double bed and sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with tub/shower and underfloor heating. The central location makes it possible to reach the historic city center of Stade and the Barger Heide, a popular nature reserve, in a few minutes.

Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Right outside the door you will find the Elbe Cycle Path where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. Schwingestraße vacation home

Our small modern apartment is for guests who want to take a break to explore the Geest, Hamburg, Cuxhaven and everything else near the Elbe. The apartment is a perfect starting point for trips to the Hanseatic city of Stade, Buxtehude or to ride the Elbe Cycle Route. The center of Fredenbeck is about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car. Stade can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Cuxhaven and Hamburg are an hour's drive away.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a large loggia overlooking the garden and the apple orchards in the Altes Land. From the loggia you can follow the big ships that sail to Hamburg or towards the North Sea. In addition to a bedroom, the apartment has a kitchen / living area and a fully equipped bathroom. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Wi-Fi and parking space are included.
