Het chalet heeft een ruime, volledig afgezette tuin, gratis privé parkeerplaats en een schuur voor fietsen. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, ieder een tweepersoonsbed. Linnen en beddengoed zijn inbegrepen. Op aanvraag is er (kostenloos) een reisbed voor kinderen met matras en beddengoed beschikbaar. Het is een wat ouder gebouw, maar dat wordt gecompenseerd door de beschikbare ruimte, de sfeer en de prijs.
