The vacation home offers plenty of space and has been lovingly furnished. The spacious glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms and allow a beautiful view of the countryside. Due to the proximity to many attractions such as the summer toboggan run, devil's cave, climbing forests and wildlife parks, it is a nice place to stay for families, but also ideal for climbers, hikers and nature lovers. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

The good connection in just a few minutes to the A73 allows excursions to Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen and Bamberg in 25 minutes each.

The newly renovated house is located in Gräfenberg, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, about 25 km from the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Perfect to reach by car or train. The house offers 4 bedrooms (three upstairs, one in the basement), a large living room with dining area, bathroom, kitchen and a conservatory and terrace with fantastic views! Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed. Bed linen, towels and shower towels are provided, hairdryer is available.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

Wellness chalet measuring 73 m² with its own wellness facilities. A barrel sauna, a whirlpool and a crackling fireplace ensure quiet, relaxing moments. Surrounded by natural, individual and high-quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, everything has been thought of. Towels, bedding, bathrobes and slippers are already provided. Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or wine in the evening in comfort on the large balcony or terrace.

Holiday apartment in the Scheunenviertel

The self-contained apartment is located on the 3rd floor within our apartment building. It is totally renovated and 53m². Next to the bed in the bedroom is a sofa in the living room. It is a good starting point for extensive hikes, climbing tours and excursions. Some of them start right outside the front door. CAR parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. For bicycles, there are storage facilities in the entrance of the house (indoors).

It is more than 100 years old and has been restored with a lot of love to the smallest detail according to historical models. A romantic place to find peace, security and relaxation.
