Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hilton Head Island

We had a great time at Zach & Allison’s! This was our second time at Hilton Head and once again, we loved every bit of it! Condo was very clean, location was great, and host was always very attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Thanks to Patricia and Veronica for a memorable trip!

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

This was an awesome stay ! Elizabeth was very responsive with questions and recommendations! She even provided my friend was flowers because we were there for her Bachelorette ! Will definitely be coming back.

When we walked into the octagon treehouse, we couldn’t stop squealing, “how cool is this?!” Kim’s home is one of the most fun and interesting stays we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Kim and her family obviously have natural talent for hosting because the house was perfectly furnished with practical, comfortable and beautiful furniture and amenities, which made us feel at home right away. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay. It was wonderful from top to bottom thanks in large part to Kim’s recommendations and beautiful home. FYI, our young kids were obsessed with this house. We hope to be back again!

Our family of 5 had a great week on HHI. The house was very clean and looked like the pics. The pool and hot tub were fan favorites so much that on the days we opted for sun, we stayed at the house vs going to the beach. The interactions with Host & Home were excellent and very responsive. We would definitely stay at the house again and also with Host & Home.

We enjoyed our trip immensely! Lots of local shops and restaurants near by, beach just a short walk and tons of onsite amenities. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much Steven. You and your condo are much appreciated 💜

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is perfect for a family of three (2 adults & 1 toddler). It is in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Thanks for allowing others to enjoy your beautiful home.

Fabulous location, communicative host, well-appointed, clean and comfortable accommodations.

Halle’s place was absolutely spectacular! We’ve done several stays at Coligny Beach but this takes top spot. Host was very responsive, although didn’t have a need to reach out because they’ve thought of everything!! Unobstructed views of the ocean and extremely convenient location. Just park and walk to everything. Will come back!!

Our second time here, still our favorite Airbnb! We know the location and still find new restaurants to try, love the feel of the water, the quiet nights, and the privacy. Great host! The place is always clean. Easy to access, and makes useful equipment easy to locate. We will always push to come here!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.

Tennis Villas at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis are always our choice when we visit Hilton Head Island and this one is one of the nicest we’ve seen (been vacationing at this resort off and on for over 20 years). The villa was clean and well equipped, with everything needed in the kitchen and thoughtful touches like a rack full of spices. The decor is lovely and the location overlooking a beautiful lagoon is preferable to other villas that, though they may be equally nice, overlook parking or tennis courts. We look forward to our next visit!

This was the perfect stay for me, my husband, and our 1 year old! I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! It is decorated beautifully, was extremely clean, had easy access to the beach, and was perfectly located on the island close to Kroger (5 minutes away, if that), awesome restaurants, and plenty of bike paths. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook a meal very easily with what was there. The resort has several pools indoor and outdoor as well as a kiddie pool that was a hit with our toddler. The beach is a beautiful 10 minute walk along a boardwalk overlooking the marshes - just bring some comfy sandals as you walk to the beach and it’s totally fine. :-) We had the best time! This is our 3rd time visiting HHI and this was hands down the best rental we’ve used. We will be back for sure!

Donna is an awesome host ! She is very thoughtful and kind and always makes sure everything is in top shape. This is our favorite HHI condo and our favorite host! Always a comfortable and wonderful experience! I’m an over packer but can relax and not pack as much for our trip because she has thought of everything! 10/10 will be back every year!!! We had a wonderful stay at BEach Happy HHI! The location was the best! An easy walk to the beach and super convenient to walk back to the condo if needed. The pool was a nice bonus too! The unit is small, but just as described. There were only two of us so the unit was great for us! We didn't use the kitchen to cook, but it was stocked with what we needed. We would definitely visit again!

We were only there for two nights but pleased with everything. The bikes really sold us because that’s all we wanted to do! Everything the host did made the whole trip very very smooth.

This place is very well maintained, I feel very safe to stay there. Inside is very clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is: when we check out, the front desk girl has very unfriendly attitude and act like that she does not want to see me. After few minutes of putting up with this,I told her: “ can you be more pleasant?”. Then she said : “ I cannot hear you”. I do not understand why this is happening, maybe because I am Asian? All the guests in lobby having breakfast are white. My English is fluent and people have no trouble to understand me,FYI. The front desk girl who has bad attitude towards me is Mexican, maybe she does not like to see Asian? I really don’t understand, but I did not do anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. There is a man working on the raffle desk told me : “Welcome staying with us”. I said : “Thank you so much, you are very pleasant!”Then I told him what happened to me. Hopefully this will not happen to other people in future again!!!

Best vacation spot for our 9 month old! Close to the pool and the beach and so easy to get around the island! We will definitely be back!
