Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Central and barrier-free apartment with terrace

The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment.
