The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Just you, a cosy space and a chance to rewind in pure tranquillity. Entering into Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, you will find your own private escape surrounded by beautiful farmland. It is just a short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. Equipped with separate bedroom, with a kingsize bed, bathroom, full heating, TV and kitchenette with full sized fridge/with freezer, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. Fire pit and bbq.

A beautiful, newly built spacious Shepherds hut with own garden and storage area for boards, bikes and Wetsuits. There is also an option to use a small open fronted barn to park a small car, for any motor enthusiasts that are visiting the nearby Goodwood racetrack. The Witterings, Selsey beaches, Chichester centre and Chichester Harbour are all around 10 minutes drive away. Portsmouth is a 30 minute drive away and Pagham harbour and the RSPB reserve is a short walk from the hut.

This is our peaceful annexe in rural Sidlesham, within 10-15 minutes of Chichester Town Centre, Chichester Marina, RSPB Pagham Harbour and West Wittering beach, or 15-20 minutes drive to Goodwood and the South Downs National Park. You’ll have use of your own private deck to perhaps enjoy some al fresco dining or morning coffee. It’s calm and relaxing with views over fields and very tranquil. Please come and enjoy our beautiful area and lovely annexe. Switch off from City life.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

200 year old Hawthorn Cottage is the perfect place for you to unwind. We're in the heart of the quiet village of Sidlesham, with views across Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and just two doors down from the renowned Crab & Lobster restaurant. Enjoy walks, birdwatching and embracing a slower pace of life, with the benefit of WIFI and delicious food on hand. We’re also the perfect base for exploring the local area, including West Wittering Beach and Goodwood events.

Positioned off the back of our 17th century farmhouse, our annexe is a short distance from the beautiful Chichester harbour and just a few miles from East and West Wittering beaches, and Goodwood Estate. The annex is separate and independent from our family home and we're here to help with anything we can, while making sure you have the space to have a great friends or family break. Parking for two cars. Bikes and watersports kit can be stored in our stable.

Tastefully decorated with all the amenities you’d need for a short stay - bed linen, towels, toiletries, TV, Ninja oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and more. Located within walking distance of Chichester town centre near the train station and a short drive to Goodwood, Chichester Marina and West Wittering Beach. The cabin has private access through our garden and we also provide free parking on our driveway.
