Monthly Rentals in Highlands Ranch

The location was great for walking. Very quite and private. Jimmy was very helpful and extremely responsive. The house was great and the views are great. An all around great location and size.

Great spot in a great location. We had a minor issue with something broken on arrival, and the host is extremely easy to deal with and very reasonable. The neighborhood is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the WiFi works. Not much else to ask for at this point, I would go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Janae’s place! We were grateful for three beds so that there was space enough for both my kids to have a bed. Having a griddle, hot plate, and dishwasher meant we saved money by staying in and cooking all our breakfasts and even a dinner! Having the washer and dryer was a huge perk and next time we can bring less clothes. The garage space was an extra bonus. I appreciated the toys, crayons, and coloring books that Janae made available, and especially the giant wooden Janga pieces which my kids played with for hours making all sorts of builds. The local area was fantastic (close to stores and restaurants) and I felt safe walking at night on my own and loved the beautiful view and trail right behind the home. The local libraries provide summer storytime and that and the local parks and splash pads (minutes away) made it easy to entertain our kids. The listing exceeded my expectations! You could tell they take honor in hosting, the place was very clean and thoughtful. They had everything you could need, including complimentary coffee/detergent/utensils and any other small necessities us travelers tend to forget about. The basement overall is much larger and nicer than the pictures show, and the AC and space heater made my stay that much more comfortable. I will definitely be booking again when I travel to Denver next!
