Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Highbury

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, lovely, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable home base for our trip to London. The location was perfect, close to all the sights yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly flexible and worked with us to accommodate a special request, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness truly made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London and would love to stay here again in the future!

Monica’s home is a little slice of paradise in the hustle and bustle of London. Every detail was perfect from her curated art to thoughtfully designed layout. Having a morning coffee and admiring the lush backyard was one of the highlights of my week and I’ll always remember it! The added bonus of your own entrance to the park really was the cherry on top to a perfect stay. If you’re looking for somewhere that wow’s you and a host that makes you feel at home I can’t recommend Monica’s enough. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

Alice and Charles were great hosts! Their beautiful home was a great landing spot for our family trip to London. For summertime visitors, the beautiful garden was a perfect place for breakfast and relaxing dinner after a day exploring London.

Incredible stay you would never think you were in London! Very cool place with amazing decor and lots of fun games and activities. We only stayed for one night for a concert but could have stayed for an entire week! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you Jenny for having us!

A Home away from home ✨️ Such a fantastic house to stay, we wish we were there for longer. We stayed for a few nights for work and found ourselves right at home. you could easily spend weeks here, a fully equipped house with all the creature comforts and more. Lucy and her Family have such great taste and style. also the beds are very very comfortable ! i couldnt reccomend it enough! if we are in the area again we will definately be staying here.

We had the nicest stay here! Verity is one of the loveliest hosts I’ve ever met - so responsive, friendly, and truly couldn’t do enough for us. She really made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Verity’s home is also so lovely! Clean, tidy, and really cosy! It’s in a great location - not too far from Silver Street station, perfect if attending a concert or event at Tottenham Stadium. We already can’t wait to stay again. We spent 3 and a half weeks in this lovely apartment during our trip to London. The apartment was in an excellent and vibrant location with easy access to transportation to all areas of London. It was a good size and very private. The balcony was a treat-we were able to watch the VE Day flyover from there. A great range of food outlets were close by. Communication was excellent throughout with prompt replies to any queries. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a pleasant time in London.

This is a gem of a property. Spacious and comfortable, and in a great location. It was perfect for our overnight trip to see Abba Voyage. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The apartment has a stunning view of the city, is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the DLR (railway). In addition the host was very kind and responsive to my questions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Joanne was super helpful and friendly and there to greet me on arrival and show me around her cozy home. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotlessly clean, coffee machine excellent! Great location for the tube, shops, restaurants and I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks Joanne!!

Jodi’s home is a great place to stay. We were going to a wedding at Hackney Town Hall and could walk easily there and to the restaurant afterwards. It’s also beautifully located looking out at London Fields. The home was well provided for, we had everything we needed and so much more. We loved the decor, there was so much to see and read. Thank you Jodi, you were so helpful too and we loved your home.

If you are visiting for an extended trip, Vivian’s place is a must stay! The privacy, extra space and laundry came in clutch. The streets was quiet after 11pm or so. The neighborhood was fantastic— close to two tube stops and so many delicious places to eat and drink. Our favorites — July, PaStation, and for a short tube ride to Dishoom Shoreditch!

Such a peaceful stay, it really doesn't feel like you're in London! The accommodation was beautifully decorated and finished to a high standard. I suspect my host may be an interior designer. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a little peaceful get away whilst in the heart of London.

we were lucky to stumble across this gem due to a last minute cancellation. it was exactly what we were hoping for and more. the location, the cabin, the surroundings were magical and the break from reality we so needed. thank you so much Clare for all your help and for allowing us to see your part of the world in such a perfect way. A lovely lodge in a Beautiful peaceful meadow. Dom went above and beyond to make sure that everything was ok for us

My wife and I stayed four nights at Oak Tree Retreat In June. It is a lovely place. It is obvious that a lot of work and care has gone into making this a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Our hosts, Alexia & James, were very friendly and helpful. The gifts of bread, biscuits, hot chocolate and marshmallows on arrival were a generous touch and much appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The cabin had all we needed for our stay during which we mainly self-catered. The cooking arrangements were great. The absolute highlight was the hot tub which we enjoyed for three of our four nights! There is lovely walking country within a five minute drive from the Cabin. Local shops and food outlets are close by. I would certainly recommend Oak Tree Retreat to anyone.

Had a really lovely stay here! Would 100% recommend! We were really lucky with the weather. The views are stunning of the lake and the fields! We had a few furry friends come and say hello. If you’re not an animal lover they are very chill and leave you alone if you wish. The lodge itself was clean and tidy and very modern. It had all the basic kitchen wear and towels were provided! If you have hayfever bring ur own tissues! I always do as mines bad this time of year. There’s a lovely walk around the lake that you can do. Close to shops/petrol station. Shower was great. Bath was great. No shortage of warm water. BBQ and fire pit are a huge asset to the place and we absolutely loved the swing. We felt safe at night and plenty of windows for the warm weather. We paid for logs coal and early and late check in/out. All worth the money in my opinion! They have a spot by the lake where you can sit on sun beds! Very very relaxing! The owners were lovely and friendly and replied very quickly!

Christine was a very helpful host! My accountant had travelled from New Zealand and was really welcomed as she arrived. Extremely grateful to her hospitality! The house ‘cabin’ was perfect!! Self contained, views from all windows and very peaceful …. Thank you so much !

Great spot for a short getaway, not far from London or Guildford, yet feels incredibly secluded and like you are far further afield than you are. The site was comfortable and the features like the sauna and outdoor were a real treat. Frank was always keen to help, assisting with our bags and catering for extra demands like a late check-out. Look forward to returning in the future.

I couldn't recommend our stay enough, the cabin was beautiful, absolutely perfect for a peaceful holiday. The highland cows in the garden were lovely and there were bunnies everywhere - so cute to watch while having breakfast in the morning. There are lots of walks to do directly from the cabins without needing to drive anywhere, multiple pubs are also walkable and coming back to a hot tub after a long walk was perfect. Jo and her family were really kind, and put up birthday decorations for us and there was a little hamper with fresh eggs, bread, milk and cakes. Jo replied really quickly to our requests and made our stay as smooth as possible.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️
