Located in the Limburg Kempen, a region known for its farmers, Limburg vlaai (a type of fruit tart) and warm hospitality. Cycling along the old coal track, through the water, through the trees. Walking past ponds, over slag heaps, through heathland, a visit to Kasteel ter Dolen, Bokrijk, and our mine sites, each with its own character and purpose. Thanks to our central location, everything is within easy reach; nothing is far away. Welcome !!!

Our cozy, rural home, located in the Bocholt, provides space for 10 people. There is a fully fenced garden with all kinds of play options for the children. Adjacent there is a heated open terrace. We have an indoor playground and an outdoor climbing and climbing path. This allows them to enjoy themselves with us both indoors and outdoors. And then there is still room for cross-country with the various go-carts, bicycles, etc. that our lodging has available.

Welcome! You will enter through a private entrance. Further down this corridor is the bathroom which is exclusively for the guests of the holiday studio. The end of this corridor is also used to a limited extent by the owner. The stairs upstairs take you to the studio, with small kitchen. There is car parking, covered parking for moto/bikes. There is a large garden and a covered terrace with lounge set where you can relax.

Our guests can stay in peace and privacy in the rear part of our ecologically renovated long gable farmhouse from 1851. The farm has a 1 hectare child-friendly garden with organic vegetable garden, high-stem orchard, goat and sheep pasture, hay field, straw-stone barn. The surroundings are a hiking and cycling paradise between rich castles, orchards, meadows and beautiful Haspengouw villages.
