Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

Das Apartment verfügt über eine Schlafempore und einen kleinen Balkon (2m x 2m). Ein Schlafsofa steht zur Verfügung, sollten Sie nicht in luftiger Höhe schlafen wollen. Old Erligheim rectory - in the middle of the village center!

You will stay on the first floor in a living room and a bedroom with a bathroom with toilet. In the immediate vicinity is a great pizzeria with good food. Seasonally, two wine taverns are open. A bakery with cafe can be found about 250 meters away on the main road. Oh, and there is also a discount store with a bakery in the village as well as a gas station. Check-in/out by arrangement. We are in the house.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

Heuss Städtchen Brackenheim is about 2 km away. Tripsdrill Amusement Park is about 7 km away. Also no problem for a family with a toddler. We also have a travel bed with a new mattress.
