The beautiful 2.5-room apartment is on the ground floor of our house in the district of Rielingshausen. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The bed is 1.80 m wide. The 3rd and 4th guests can make themselves comfortable on the new sofa bed in the living room. Of course, the free Wi-Fi/LAN as well as hand & bath towels, a kitchen with dining table, a living room and a nice terrace are at your own disposal. In addition, there is a 1-room apartment on the ground floor.

Just a few kilometers from Heilbronn, Ludwigsburg or Stuttgart, Mundelsheim is ideal for excursions in the area. Numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to explore our area. The nearby Neckar also offers opportunities for boat trips and relaxing walks on the shore.

Ältestes Haus in Marbach - Maisonette Wohnung

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

Stylish cozy accommodation in Poppenweiler. Ludwigsburg can be reached in 15 minutes and Stuttgart in 25 minutes.
