The bed is a sofa bed with the option of using a top mattress.

The home contains on the ground floor ; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, cabinets and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Quiet location, perfect for overnight stays on an active holiday or city break in Svendborg. Easy to get to/from by public transport - bus between Svendborg and Nyborg. There is a combi oven, electric kettle, fridge and the possibility of a hot plate for cooking. That is, a tea kitchen is available. Private terrace (facing out in shared garden with us). We are a calm and nice family with no pets (only chickens). We will stay in the house on the same land register during your stay.
