In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems Jade Canal . The pier of the MS Aurich is located in close proximity.

Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
