Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. Alternativ Regional-Bahn aus Kiel über Lübeck nach Ratzeburg. Der Bus hält 3 Min. zu Fuß am Seniorenwohnsitz.
