Stay quiet and centrally at the end of this dead end street. Lovely accommodation in small house of 60 sqm with open plan and high ceilings. The house has one double bedroom 160 cm. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed 160 cm. There is an option to burn in the small fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included and you make your bed yourself. Washing machine, iron and ironing board available. Self check-in via key box with code at entrance door. The landlords live in the house next door. The person who books is staying overnight.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Welcome TO our nice little guest house IN beautiful Acktjära. The house is located on our farm and has the forest at the back and a small outside place with barbecue possibilities in the front. in winter winter there is a ski track outside the knot of about 5km. On the farm there is also a play area for children of all ages. Here you can find tranquility and outdoor life with many nice forest trails to explore. Only 4 km to Bollnäs golf club with 18-hole course and several swimming areas within short distance by car.

The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Close to ski resorts (15 km till Bollnäs and 60 km to Järvzö) 4 km to Bollnäs golfcourse and a short drive to several lakes and the river Ljusnan if you fancy a swim. The house is surounded by forest and fields and below the house you can find the Actktjära stream. Your host lives on the farm close by.
