The villa has 2 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, newly-renovated nice kitchen, living room with high ceilings and lovely bright social spaces. A nice glazed terrace with infrared heating. Guest house 1 is newly renovated double bed 1 room with kitchen and private bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest house 2 with 4 beds, 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Here you have 200 meters to the sea, 4 km to Torp Shopping Center, 9 km to five-star campsite with pool, water slide, sandy beach, high-altitude track and hiking trails. If you want to visit the west coast's pearls, you can reach Kungshamn, Smögen, Grebbestad and Lysekil in less than an hour. The apartment has two patios with sea views and there is outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. A small soccer field is also just outside.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

The beach walk is a 9.3 kilometer along beach which with lots of old history house, café bar, natural water fall, forest, dog bath and sea boat. 5 minutes driving to the ICA super market, 10minutes driving to the center.
