It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

Broxhall Farm is a traditional family farm set in some of The Garden of England's finest countryside. We warmly invite you to come and stay in The Calf Shed- a traditional old brick and flint farm building once used for rearing dairy calves. The space now features cosy open plan self- catering accommodation with original exposed oak beams, outside garden space for al fresco dining and plenty of quiet, peace and tranquility. There is ample space for car parking outside.

Light and airy open planned living and dining space with access to landscaped garden. Modern design with contemporary art and travel books to enjoy. We recently fitted a brand new kitchen which is fully equipped for proper cooking and dining. The house has recently been re-decorated and painted.
