We absolutely loved our Dunnellon stay at Chaz’s place! The home is exactly as described. We were in town to explore rainbow River and his place is maybe 15 mins to the state park and KP hole also super close. Check in quick, the home is spotless and the cleaning company you can tell does a great job! The home is cool and comfortable and we appreciated the book of local spots and restaurants. Both bedrooms are comfy and the living space has everything you need for your stay. We had a great time on our down time taking the golf cart around the quiet neighborhood, we did this several times and it was relaxing and fun. Although we did not use the provided kayacks, there are several as well as fishing poles, games and a firepit. Loved our stay! So peaceful to come “home” to after a long day. Hubby says best part was the backyard; we sat on the Adirondack chairs and watched the cows and horse, a calming peaceful atmosphere and view! Great rate for the proximity to the river! Susan’s place was great, really peaceful, we had canoes and barbecues and a place called the freezer just down the road, a short bike ride away, ice cream bar everyone in in area is super friendly, we’d totally recommend it to anyone. A great place to stay.

This riverfront home was everything we hoped for and more! The location is absolutely beautiful — we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening right from the property. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to unwind after peaceful days by the water. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with gorgeous views and a clean, welcoming space, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

The pictures do not do it justice. The home is enormous and spotless. I usually try to leave a rental better than I left it but this time was not possible as everything was perfect. The lake was pristine. Not much fishing but I didn't get around to exploring under the lily pads to see if that's where all the fish were hiding. All the amenities were as stated. We enjoyed the kayaks and we even found an archery target box and enjoyed shooting our arrows at it with a bow we brought. There was even a huge stack of wood for the firepit so we didn't have to buy. 100/10

Rachael and Mike are one of if not the BEST hosts we have ever had, We have been airbnbing for a long time , at least 15 or more . They are very responsive to everything we need . Beautiful home and very clean. They are very friendly and cordial. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it, you will not find a better place or better people. God Beauty is the perfect name for Mike and Rachael and their Home. Great home and host, very much enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place to stay, they had a website for local things to do including restaurants and walking trails. The hot tub worked and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The bathrooms were clean and it was decorated nicely. The only warning I would suggest is, it is pet friendly. I didn’t think anything of it but both myself and guest are somewhat allergic to cats so we had to stop and get some allergy meds.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my friend and 2 dogs. BEAUTIFUL PLACE! Close proximity to the springs, restaurants, and activities! Would 100% stay here again.

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Perfect location for our plans with local family and friends. We felt totally comfortable like it was our home. No hotel vibes at all. So relaxing and the pool was a fantastic retreat! Clean, spacious, and an amazing host. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and the pool area was great. The home has easy access to the river and is close to nearby springs.

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

We loved sitting on the screened porch morning and night. Very peaceful. Very comfortable for family. Good communication during stay. Heat and AC worked well. Very convenient location to Inverness. We arrived at night it was a little tricky to find but that's what made it so private. Maybe a blue reflector on the mailbox would help! Rowboat, kayacks, canoes, horseshoes, fishing gear, plenty of games for adults and children. A great time.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The decoration and distribution of the areas is very beautiful and you can tell that it is well thought out. It has all the utensils you may need in the kitchen. The check-in was easy and everything was very clean. The pool is large and the view of the lake gives it a plus. The lakeside area is excellent for relaxing. The grill was in excellent condition. If you are looking for tranquillity, connecting with nature and spending a good weekend with your family is the perfect place. Pinay was a very good hostess, we would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Donavan's place! Plenty of room for all members of our family to spread out and relax. The pool was great and the reclining chairs in the living room were awesome! It had everything we needed. This was the perfect place to use as a home base while in the area for my FIL's 90th birthday celebration! Thanks Donavan!

We enjoyed our second stay at this location. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and located close to shopping and restaurants. Not far from the springs and other activities in the area. We look forward to staying again.

We absolutely loved this stay! Maria really thought of everything. Whether it was charging stations, kitchen supplies, flashlights, or dog bowls.. one of our favorite air bnbs to date! The game room was very clean and organized. We played a mean game of family fusbol and had s’mores by the fire. Springs are super close and great food at local pup friendly restaurants on the water. Such a beautiful property and home. We will be back!

Host was helpful and responsive, home close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. House was clean and did what we needed it to do for my family, no complaints and would definitely book again.

Really enjoyed the area. Was very close to swampys restaurant which had amazing gator bites. 10/10 recommend
