Bring the whole family to this great property with lots of room for fun. 3 king bedrooms with pillow top mattresses, one bunk bed room that sleeps 3 kids. Large kitchen, large laundry room. Less than a 10 minute walk to all the activities on Main Street, Restaurants, breweries, roof top restaurant, axle throwing bar, sims park with weekly activities and a brand new playground and splash pad for the kids. Walk in the evening down the river boardwalk.

Private bungalow on the Cotee River with a dock. Boat, bicycle and golf cart rentals are close. Located 3/4 mi from the open Gulf. The interior has a tiki hut feel, with bamboo throughout. 3 bbq's-gas, charcoal or smoker, fire pit and a picnic table overlooking the river. Tiki bar/restaurants within .5 mi. It's fun to kayak to them. 1 mile to downtown NPR has several new restaurants and bars. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Free use of kayaks.
