The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) On the 1st floor there is a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) into an open space, and a small TV with the possibility of watching DVDs. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

Best location at Køge Bay

This unique property offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with views of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation for both the beach, restaurants and the beautiful city life in Karrebæksminde. The annex is building B and is furnished with a simple kitchen. There are 2 beds on a good sofa bed as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds. Private bathroom and toilet in the Annex. Beautiful area with green areas with football goals and petanque. 10 min walk down through the charming Vesterhave with small houses and then you are at the beach and the cozy center that buzzes with life.

Private guest house in Sneslev, Ringsted

Enjoy our little annex in our backyard! Small private guest house of just under 40 square meters with its own entrance, parking and terrace. The small house is equipped with the most basic things - and you can borrow a baby bed and high chair, small gas grill and buy laundry etc. Please note that the bed (140x200 cm) is inside an alcove, so you have to get into the bed from the foot end... No animals are allowed. Before arrival, you will receive parking instructions. See you soon Finn and Merethe as well as our sweet farm dog Cassie.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Find peace in the "Forvalterboligen" on the Frederiks-Eg estate. From this unique 2-storey home, you have direct access to a private park, lake and forest. The country estate is from 1847 and in classic style, and the "Forvalterboligen" has been renovated continuously, most recently in 2022. We are neighbors to the outdoor swimming pool with 4 pools open May-August. We live and work daily from home and are excited to welcome you to our family farm and to a great experience in the scenic surroundings of South Zealand.

Imagine an escape from the noise of everyday life in the heart of an old forest, where only the sounds of nature fill the air. Inside, the cottage offers a charming atmosphere with rustic details. The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 metres from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Beautifully located and cozy guest house overlooking Karrebæk Fjord and close to Gavnø Castle. Tastefully decorated and good opportunities for walks. There are a few meters to the Fjord, 5 km from Næstved Center and about 1 km to the nearest supermarket.
