It features a large 300 m³ organic pool, which is cleaned and open for swimming from 08/06 to 16/09, or even longer, until the pool turns green. There is a waterfall, a pontoon, exotic plants, a new and comfortable studio with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV reception, 160 cm bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and a walk-in shower. The property is on a 300 m² plot with a sunbathing area, barbecue, plancha, and night lighting. It is not overlooked. Soap is not provided. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included. Dogs are allowed for a fee of 15 euros. Hiking trails start from the rental.

Swimming pool (7x4m), spa (2/4 p. with bubbles), summer kitchen (plancha), dining/living area, ping-pong table, trampoline, children's area (cabin, etc.) and bowling alley available (self-service). Beautiful space very well located in a typical area of Sète. Patio for eating outside and relaxing! Not overlooked. A 10-minute walk to the city center, the bike path, the Corniche going to Marseillan. A 5-minute walk to the Théâtre de la Mer (festivals such as Jazz à Sète, Fiest'à Sète, Quand je pense à Fernande...) 10-minute walk to the coves and 2 km to the sandy beaches.
