Holiday rentals with a pool in Heraklion

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der große Garten und die tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Heraklion waren der Hammer. Das Haus selber war ein wenig kleiner als erwartet, besonders mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern. Die Oberflächen der Küche hätten sauberer sein können und die Spülmaschine war leider defekt. Das waren auch schon die einzigen Kritikpunkte. Jannis hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und immer wieder Kontakt aufgenommen. Das Haus liegt traumhaft am Ende einer Sackgasse und Google kennt den Weg dorthin nicht, aber die Wegbeschreibung von Jannis und Evi ist perfekt. Ein kleiner Tipp: ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich! Alles in allem war es ein grossartiger Urlaub.

We came 5 people - my husband and I, with our 2 children and my mother-in-law. First of all, a few days before we arrived Elena (an amazing woman with a perfect english) contacted me and made sure she has all the details so she can prepare a perfect stay for us. The house was super clean and equipped, and the outside was the best! We spent hours in the pool enjoying the amazing nature around us. Elena and her husband Yiorgos are wonderful people - they were very kind, caring and responsive. We wish we could come again next summer 🙏🏻

This house was perfect for the four in our party, each having their own bedroom. The location was quiet and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of seating outside to enjoy evenings by the pool.

Le logement de Mme Rosa et Magdalena est une véritable perle dans le secteur d’Heraklion. Les couchers de soleil sont mémorables,la douche extérieure est formidable et le terrain de tennis est unique. Les hôtesses étaient aimables et les recommandations étaient utiles. Petit paradis! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. If you aren’t sure if you should stay here or not, I promise you will love the place. It’s beautiful and the host was there to help me and answer questions. He even came to meet me when I got lost so I could follow him to the house! The inside of the house is absolutely gorgeous. The host left us inside enough food, snacks, and beverages to last a week, which was such a pleasant surprise. I recommend renting a car as access to the city is not within walking distance but even in the neighborhood there are two small restaurants and a little convenience store practically right outside the gates of the house. Heraklion is fun and Crete is a beautiful place to rent a car and visit sites. Even balos beach is doable in one day from there if you plan ahead. Then there are other beaches much closer and easier like Voulisma to the east. Or you can take a beautiful drive through the mountains and eat a great with w a view. Much to do! House is perfect!

Wunderbare und toll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Und das Hammam ist absolut Premium. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr nahe am Flughafen und der Stadt und trotzdem abgelegen und absolut ruhig. Zum Schluss lässt sich noch sagen, dass Georgios und seine Familie fantastische Gastgeber sind. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Waren immer erreichbar und haben alles ermöglicht, was machbar war. Wir werden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Pamela rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation lief über ihren Sohn Lefteris – er hat super schnell und freundlich auf alle Nachrichten reagiert und uns sogar hilfreiche Tipps zur Autovermietung gegeben. Das Haus liegt perfekt: nah am Flughafen, nah am Meer, aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Pamela selbst ist eine unglaublich warmherzige Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll kümmert. 🥰Als besonderes Highlight hat sie uns morgens sogar mit einem selbstgebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht!😋 Meine fünfjährige Tochter hat besonders den kleinen Spaziergang vom Haus zum Meer geliebt – mit traumhafter Aussicht. Abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, dem Vogelgezwitscher zu lauschen, aufs Meer zu schauen und nachts die Lichter vom Flughafen zu beobachten, war einfach magisch. Pamela und Lefteris sind Gastgeber mit Herz – wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder🫶☀️

An outstanding location in a beautiful development. A beach with crystal clear waters, and a beautiful pool. This is a perfect home for either two small families, or a larger family with "in-law" space. The balcony views are spectacular.

Потрясающее гостеприимство хозяев, продуманный стильный дизайн апартаментов. Видно, что хозяева делали все с большой любовью, которая передаётся гостям с первых минут знакомства! Надо начать с того, что когда выбирали место где остановиться в Херсонисос, мы выбирали между этими апартаментами и другими. И только благодаря многвенным ответам на все вопросы и исключительному убеждению Андреаса, приехать и своими глазами увидеть все и убедиться, что это будет отличное место для отдыха, мы приняли его приглашение! О чем нисколько не пожалели! Апартаменты очень уютные, прекрасный вид на море, за счет того, что они находятся на горе. Рядом куча магазинчиков и очень классных ресторанчиков и таверен. У нас была машина, поэтому добраться до моря для нас не составляло особой проблемы. Пешком несколько далековато, особенно подниматься потом обратно. На территории прекрасный бассейн, в котором наша дочь купалась после моря. Когда приехали дети хозяев апартаментов, было настоящее веселье в бассейне! Спасибо огромное Андреас и Стелиос за такой радушный приём! С огромным удовольствием вернёмся к вам в следующем году!

This was the second year running that we stayed at this apartment(4 weeks this time), and it was just as good as last year. We booked 10 months in advance and was in contact with Michalis 3 or 4 times during the year. Just before we arrived we requested that some provisions were available as we had a very late flight and Michalis provided water, milk, fruit and even some raki with honey! (nice welcome). As usual the apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels; plus a new digital washing machine (quick wash 15 mins! ) The pool is a big bonus if you don't fancy the 20-25 min walk down to Hersonissos. Lots of bars and restaurants in the nearby villages of Piskopiano and Koutoufoulari. Car hire is also available. Already thinking of returning next year.

Irene et Yorgos sont des gens formidables ! Le logement correspondait aux attentes et à la description, la propriété est entretenue, la piscine un vrai plus et la plage à 5m à pied avec des restaurants etc. Les propriétaires sont des gens accueillants toujours soucieux du bien être des locataires, ce sont des hôtes vraiment comme on en rêve ! Merci pour ces vacances Si nous devions revenir en Crète ça sera sans hésiter chez villa Irene Merci ☺️

Wij hadden het middelste appartement naast het zwembad, en dus ideaal om te gaan zwemmen. Het appartement is rustig gelegen, ruim en netjes enkel de keuken is een beetje een smalle doorgang voor 2 personen. het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De terras is voor 4 personen wel aan de kleine kant mr heeft dan wel een geweldig uitzicht op de baai. De wasmachine staat wel in een aparte ruimte mr was steeds beschikbaar. Het zwembad met ( snack) bar is een groot pluspunt, het water is zalig, altijd stoelen beschikbaar en heel gezellig zitten. Er is ook steeds parking beschikbaar. Voor de kinderen is het aangenaam vertoeven op het domein : basketten, biljart, speelgoed... Heel dichtbij is een grote supermarkt en het levendig centrum van chersonissos. Ook ideaal voor uitstappen. Het appartement werd ook regelmatig schoongemaakt en de lakens en handdoeken werden ververst.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is well equipped, walkable from old town and beach. Totally recommend!

Great family-run place in Crete. The food at the taverna is AMAZING, and there’s always a daily special which was the highlight of the menu. Huge apartment, ocean views, easy access to drive to several beaches in the area.

Blue Key Villa is outstanding. Situated high above the coastline it has spectacular views from almost anywhere in the Villa. Manos and his team are excellent and are able to provide recommendations and services for use in Villa. We used their recommended chef, Spyros, one evening, and it was brilliant. Communication is clear, and responses received promptly. Blue Key is an exceptional property.

Nie mogłem być bardziej zadowolony z mojego pobytu w domu wynajmowanym od Panosa w urokliwym Pompia, Grecja. To było prawdziwe doświadczenie, które zasługuje na najwyższe oceny. Dom był niezwykle przestronny i urządzony z niezwykłą dbałością o szczegóły. Czystość i porządek panowały we wszystkich zakątkach, co sprawiło, że czułem się jak w raju od pierwszego dnia. Ponadto, doskonale wyposażona kuchnia umożliwiła mi przygotowywanie własnych posiłków w wyjątkowej atmosferze. Jestem niezwykle wdzięczny za możliwość spędzenia czasu w tym uroczym domu i z całą pewnością polecam go każdemu, kto planuje wyjazd do Pompia. Dziękuję Panosowi za niezapomniane wspomnienia!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Manolis sehr wohl gefühlt. :o) Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist umfassend ausgestattet. Zu Fuß kann man den kleinen Ortskern erreichen, wo es viele Restaurants gibt. Abgesehen davon hat Manolis auch schöne Tipps in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die schöne Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank, lieber Manolis.

Charming place! Aristeidis and his wife Marina are very polite, attentive and hospitality people! During all our rest they were ready to answer any our questions and give advice and help! The villa is very beautiful and comfortable! It is well equipped with different devices! From the second there is charming view all around! The private swimming pool was very clean and gave us possibility to enjoy private rest! The size of the pool is enough even for the big company! Sakalani is very cosy village with beautiful delicious taverns! There are many different olive and grape farms near the village! The villa is situated only 10 minutes from Heraclion! Definitely I and my family are very thankful to Aristeidis for our wonderful rest and time that we spent on his Vila! I strongly recommend this place for the vacations on Crete!

We had an amazing stay here, 6 adults and 2 babies. The villa is beautiful and we really appreciated the separate baby pool and children's toys, as well as being provided with a travel cot and high chairs for both babies. Eleni was a great host, she was very responsive and organised a cleaner to come half way through the stay which was great. The location is good as it isn't in the main town. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars in Piskopiano and Koutouloufari, the first 5 minutes of the walk is uphill. We hope to return next year!

Lily ist eine wunderbar warmherzige Person, die uns vom ersten Augenblick begeistert hat. Wir wurden super mit Tipps und kulinarischen Leckereien versorgt. Das Cottage und der Garten war sehr schön. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100%.

The best villa there is. Host were very very accommodating and kind, once of the best people you’ll meet. They gave us a welcoming meal and it was delicious beyond words. We will definitely highly recommend and come back in the future. Thank you again for the great stay. ❤️

We had such a lovely stay at Manolis’ house. Our family of 7 (incliding a 2 & 5 year old & my 75 yo mom) all loved our visit. Manolis met us and gave us such a warm welcome with so many local tips and recommendations. It was even more beautiful then the photos and full od beautiful family heirlooms. The village of Amari is beautiful and peaceful and the villa is perfectly located in the middle of the village right next to the taverna. The views are amazing, the pool an numerous patios are gorgeous with stunning views and it is so peaceful and private. There were so many lovely complementary foods from the local vendors on arrival which made us feel right at home. Rumy cooked us the most amazing meals we had in the region that were so incredibly delicious! Do not miss her meals! She modified multiple dishes for our dietary restrictions. She is truly a masterful chef and such a wonderfully warm person. Our kids loved the home, pool, outdoor cats & Rumy! Everyone was so kid friendly!
