Holiday rentals with beach access in Heraklion

We enjoyed our stay here overnight. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Communication regarding checking in was great, also very helpful with directions to the bus station for our onward journey.

Diana was so kind and helpful! Clear instructions on how to enter her place and she was so responsive when we had questions! Perfect for an easy/short stay. They have done great with the space! Parking was difficult at first— streets nearby are tight so ideally you would want a small car to park! But not impossible.

Honestly the photos don’t even do the place justice, me and my girlfriend had the most incredible time here. George and Fofi are so lovely and accommodating, helped me get a reliable hire car for good price. We had such an amazing time and apartment and would love to come back. The place is quite tricky to find initially and up a very steep hill, so if you go the only thing I’d say is to definitely get a hire car! Really have nothing bad to say about it at all. Great place

We absolutely loved our time here! The listing description was spot on. No surprises as everything was exactly as described. The best part was 100% the beach! Its literally right in front of the apartment! Falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves every night was so nice. Agia Pelagia itself is ideal for a relaxed vacation. The beach is peaceful, very clean, and has a great mix of sandy spots for lounging. There’s also a solid variety of restaurants nearby, plus plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops just a short walk away. Everything you need is within walking distance. I came here with my best friend and we had the most amazing time. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway!

we had a great week at Maria's place. The covered terrace is the most beautiful room in the house with a magnificent view of the sea. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away, but beware, for people who have difficulty walking, the slope is rather steep to climb. Maria is very responsive and responds very quickly to messages. Agia Pelagia remains a small seaside resort very well located to visit the North of the island. Beautiful discovery

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place in the Gazi area of Crete. The accommodation fully met our expectations — everything was impeccable, very clean and well organised. The host Michael was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. From the first contact to the end of our stay, we always felt supported. Your availability and kindness made all the difference and exceeded our expectations. We arrived in Crete quite early and, at our request, Michael kindly allowed an early check-in, which was a great help. In addition, he provided us with a parasol, something simple but that made all the difference during our tours of the island. At the end of the stay, he also offered us a late check-out, which made it a lot easier, since our flight was only in the late afternoon. It was really a fantastic experience, not only because of the space itself, but above all because of Michael's hospitality. We highly recommend it!

Andy is a great woman and a great host, friendly, cheerful, we felt at home with her. Separate entrance, rest in peace and quiet. The studio is very clean and cozy, it was nice to spend time on the terrace full of flowers. She treated us like we were her closest family. I greet and recommend this place with all my heart♥️. Very comfy flat, super clean, white sheets and towels. Perfect location for shopping, restaurants, supermarket, meeting points for travelling, also very close to the port. Enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony, feeling the city centre life. George was a very responsive host and supportive when a needed help. The refreshments and small treats were also a nice sign of hospitality. Definitely an excellent place to stay in Heraklion!

We were perfectly happy here, everything was as described, the hosts were super friendly and helpful, the house is perfectly equipped (we made heavy use of the sandwich toaster), there is more then enough room. The surroundings are perfect as well, it's quiet, and the beach is very near, there are also some nice restaurants there. Plus there is a bus to Heraklion that goes every half hour. There is really nothing to complain about, we felt immediately welcome, and had a great time.

Very comfortable two bedrooms. Fantastic location right on the shore with their own access to the water. A lot of good restaurants with in a walking distance.

This place completely exceeded our expectations! It’s absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking, priceless view that made our stay unforgettable. The place was spotless, clean, and tidy. Pamela welcomed us for our short stay in Heraklion. We were well settled there, about fifteen minutes by car from the city centre and 10 minutes from the airport, which made it easier to organise the end of our stay.

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

the place was very nice and Maria was very hospitable. Her mom gave us delicious homemade cookies. The house looked as if someone is still living there. there were personal photos and what seemed like personal items. looked a lot like a "home". We had a lovely time. thank you Maria.

Tasos is an extremely welcoming host. When we arrived late, we found a generously stocked fridge and freezer. Fruits, jams, rusks and cold and hot drinks were waiting for us. And Tasos was absolutely adorable to make our stay easier. We really appreciate it. Her apartment is very nice , the jacuzzi and the beautiful view make it a rare find. We highly recommend this rental, even more appreciated thanks to the many details Tasos has thought of.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

Marianna’s place was great - we had a very pleasant time there. The view over the Mediterranean Sea is stunning, and the location is easy to access. Her mum, Sonia, kindly made us a local pie upon arrival, and she was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and it’s only about 20 minutes to the Heraklion city centre. Highly recommended!

Despite the not very central location and the stairs to get to the apartment, our stay in Akalli was perfect. The apartment has lots of space, 2 large balconies with a table to have breakfast comfortably, lots of amenities, more than you can imagine, including a sewing kit that was really useful. The city center can be reached with a pleasant walk along the seafront or with a shortcut through streets with many shops. Near the apartment there is a large supermarket. Eleni was a magnificent host always present and a source of useful suggestions. Ultimately we really enjoyed our stay in her airbnb and we highly recommend it.

If you're looking for the perfect stay in Heraklion you will love this apartment. The situation is ideal for exploring all that the city has to offer. Spotlessly clean and super comfortable with a huge terrace and lots of home comforts. Lucy and Nikos were quick to respond to our messages and gave us some fabulous recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely book again!!!
