The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).
