Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. We call it our “ barn house.” It is located down a private drive surrounded by beautiful horses and other animals. We are close to I-26 and the airport. Restaurants and theaters are 5 minutes away. **Due to the beginning of a housing construction project in the acreage behind us, there could be possible noise from Monday thru Friday. Be aware of this before you book.
