Holiday rentals with a pool in Henderson County

It was immediately apparent that Robert's place was one of the good ones! It was a charming historic bungalow furnished and outfitted with care and thoughtfulness. Handsome antique furniture served us well, classic lamps and artwork lent elegance, comfortable furniture arranged to allow for easy gatherings. The kitchen lacked for nothing and the large antique wood plank table accomdated our extended family. Bedrooms featured comfortable beds and crisp linens as well as blinds on windows that opened and provided delightful cross breezes. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean and showers had seemingly endless hot water. We appreciated the handy laundry room. A back deck and patio provided safe haven for our bicycles as well as a barbecue grill! Mostly we enjoyed the comfortable screened porch . We spent every evening here enjoying the sounds of happy children at the neighborhood swimming pool as well as a spring downpour. We hope to return someday for the next family reunion.

My girlfriends and I stayed at this beautiful NC house and we loved it!! It was a nice way to get away from the city and have a relaxing weekend full of board games, baking Halloween cookies and treating ourselves to an in house spa night. The house was so beautiful and we were obsessed with all the themed rooms. The hot tub was of course a hit! The house is also near great hiking spots. We did a hike inside the neighborhood and we also went to Chimney Rock State Park, which isn’t far from the house. We ended our weekend at the neighborhood restaurant which had plenty of yummy food options and beautiful scenery to take lots of photos at! We absolutely loved in and would go back again!

The place was perfect for our family of four. The house had everything we needed and we appreciated the super soft towels and bath rugs! Also, there were towels for the pool/lake, which was really nice. The setting is so peaceful yet there is so much to do within the community. Loved the place and can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved are stay!! The landscaping was beautiful, and the home was immaculate. The pool was refreshing and very clean. We enjoyed hiking nearby. We cooked in, so I can’t speak to the restaurants. The doggy door was awesome for our 2 dogs. The hosts were very prompt and helpful when I had questions. It was fun to feed the goats and watch them on the hillside. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for the farm fresh eggs!!

Each year our family has a Gramps Camp, grandparents and their grandchildren spend the week together learning, playing and creating together. This year we chose this house because of the layout of the house inside and out—A great swimming pool for exercise and fun, a great area on the ground floor for games and art production, a great living room for reading circle and movies, and a great kitchen dining room area for cooking together and enjoying a meal. A perfect place for our family!

Super kid-friendly! Had lots of toys and books my kids loved to play with. Pack and play, high chair, trundle bed, and plastic children’s dishes and cutlery. They provided shampoo, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Super convenient location close to waterfalls, state parks, convenience stores, grocery stores, etc. Host was super kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Over the years we’ve gotten very picky with our homes. This one didn’t disappoint. Large, clean and well located. Highly recommend.

Nice place. Would stay again. Can’t wait for the area to recover. But while they are working hard there is still a lot to enjoy!

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

Was great right from the start, was messaged to say I could check in early. The space was perfect and a quiet area despite the amount of condos. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a generous amount of space. The Keurig machine was a nice touch! Host was exceptional with communication. Would highly recommend.

The host truly thought of everything and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to answer any questions we had. Lisa went out of her way to make her condo a great 'home away from home' experience. She was very personable and it was obvious that she loved being a great host, after all, she is great at it! We don't travel a lot, so it was very important to us that this was going to be a memorable experience. It was that, and more. I won't hesitate to make a return visit.
