Lake Summit home & boathouse

***In 2024, we made extensive improvements! A brand new dock, new loungers and a hammock. A level 2 EV charger. We've updated the kitchen, including a new induction stove & cookware. Also some new mattresses and bedding. It's always been awesome, now it's really exceptional! This elegant, cozy home has everything you need to get away from it all. Nestled in the trees on the quiet end of the lake, you'll love watching the sunset from the screened-in porch or floating in the cool, clean water.

The home is located on a peaceful pond in a quiet community. It's a place to gather by the fire, enjoy a meal, and each others company.
