Cette maison de caractère est dans un emplacement idéal pour découvrir les merveilles de la Côte d'Emeraude, ainsi que les petits ports et les élégantes stations balnéaires à 15-20 minutes de route. Vous profiterez du jardin en graviers, clos, protégé et ensoleillé, autour d'un barbecue à gaz. La cuisine, ouverte sur le salon, est bien équipée, pratique, moderne. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée présente l'avantage d'avoir une salle d’eau attenante, offrant toutes les commodités de plein pied.

The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.
