This cozy 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a century old building located in the popular List district of Hanover. The “Lister Meile” shopping street with supermarkets, drugstores, many small shops and cafes is only about 150m away. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station and about a 15-minute walk to the main train station and city center. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people, with a fully equipped kitchen-living room and bedroom with a 160cm double bed.

The apartment is centrally and quietly located and directly adjacent to a protected landscape area. Good shopping and U-Bahn are nearby (10 min.). The exhibition grounds can be easily reached by tram in 30 minutes. From January 1, 2024, the City of Hanover will levy an accommodation tax. Tax is included in the price.

From there, you can be at the trade fair in 11 minutes and downtown in just 7 minutes.

The apartment measures just under 70 m² with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The Hannover Exhibition Grounds are 7 km away and can be reached by car in a few minutes. The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and can only be reached through it. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (bedroom = double bed / living room = single bed and sofa bed with slatted base)

„FreiRaum“ - Apartment near the city/trade fair

The guest apartment is located in a rural area on a farm, the area is quiet and close to the city. It takes 20 minutes by car to get to the city center and only 15 minutes to the fair. Both are also accessible by public transport. Hanover is also easily accessible by bike via a superbly developed network of paths. Bike rental is possible to a limited extent. Please inquire in advance.

Quietly located on the Deister, the self-contained apartment is on the first floor of a 2-family house on the outskirts of Springe-Völksen. The apartment is particularly suitable for course participants due to a spacious living and working area. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself. The associated balcony invites you to take a relaxing break.

Welcome to the little Mitti. Our accommodation was a popular kiosk in Döhren for a long time. After the kiosk era, tasty lemonades from the Brausebude followed and the last four years our kiosk lunch with warm lunch offers. And now you can make yourself comfortable in the former sales rooms.

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!

Small room with bathroom

Fridge, kettle, French press, bed linen and towels are provided. Connection to light rail (about 100 m away, in 20 minutes in the center) and Messeschnellweg (about 500 m). Free parking on the street. The Tiergarten is opposite. Shopping and restaurants are in walking distance.
