The annex is located at the back of our garden with its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with a living room/kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine), bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. 100 m. from a fantastic beach and Espergærde's small harbour with cozy cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants. Close to Louisiana (2 km). Helsingør (6 km). Only 30 minutes from Copenhagen. Bringing your own hotplates is not allowed. Children under 10 years old are not allowed.

From the cottage, it is 200 metres to the forest and 800 metres to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and access to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.
