Frank is an excellent host. Communication was brilliant, pre and during our stay - very responsive, helpful and friendly. The accommodation is in an excellent location. Within walking distance to the beach and lovely cafes. Close to Sassenheim station (free parking) which takes you into Amsterdam in about 45mins. Leiden is also definitely worth a visit. And a 20min drive to Keukenhof. The apartment itself is clean, tidy and stylish, and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Including a beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the lavender fields. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

What a joy to be at Mireille and Ben's place Impeccable accommodation and very well-equipped Fantastic calm and relaxing setting with sheep, horses, chickens as neighbors. On the edge of a lake And what a pleasure to meet Mireille and Ben extraordinary people Always looking to please Ben showed us around on his boat and started the mill by showing us around. A passionate man Also not far from the town of Leiden 10 minutes by car which is very beautiful We'll be happy to go back.

Frank greeted us with a smile and in impeccable French! He was understanding about our check-in time changes and made us feel very comfortable. The house and its garden are a perfect setting for hours of reading and lazing, surrounded by birds . You can eat outside on the large table and enjoy the tranquility of the place. And for those who want sports: there is a tennis, volleyball, ping pong, soccer , just at the entrance of the residence. Frank gives you the amenities: convenient! The beach is accessible on foot , by bike or by car: bike paths at the entrance to the residence, pretty paths through the dunes and a chill vibe in the beachside restaurant bars. And if you want to discover architecture and culture: the cities of Amsterdam, Harleem, Rotterdam (among others ) are easily reachable for a day road trip. Thank you very much Frank for sharing:)

Stayed here with friends for a week. House was perfect, with plenty of space and a lovely garden with hot tub. Was a great location for exploring the Netherlands. Highly recommended!

Lovely and modern house, amazing landscape and there was nothing else we could have asked for that wasn’t already taken care of or offered. Our stay in the charming cottage on the island was absolutely fantastic! The location is unique – just 20 minutes by boat from the mainland, but you feel like you are in a completely different world. Those who love nature and tranquility will get their money's worth here. The cottage itself was cozy and well equipped. However, you should not be afraid of spiders, as you are here surrounded by nature and there were some of these little visitors here. I would particularly like to emphasize the accessibility and friendliness of Nadine as a hostess. She answered all questions patiently and kindly and was always available to help and advise. I would visit this place again at any time if I want to escape everyday life and just relax. Absolute recommendation!

Fantastic place.. Anke was very accommodating.. we had an early check in and she had taken care of everything as we were travelling with a toddler..would definitely visit again
