We felt comfortable. We liked the private garden and the open tastefully furnished living area. Of course, the cat Poppy was the highlight for our kids. Poppy is a friendly and easy-care cat. As described, the connection to the beach is really great and quickly accessible. There are also many ways to do things and excursions. There was always a friendly and quick exchange with hosts. It was very nice.

We had a lovely time in the cottage. The garden is completely fenced, so even small kids can go out without a care. With the stroller, you can get to Nordwijk in 40 minutes, there are small sandy areas where we had to carry it. And of course a few hills through the dunes.

Beautiful cottage, great location with a private garden with hot tub and barbecue. Very good kitchen equipment. Beach within walking distance. We had a great time!

Me and my friend had a very nice stay at Mijke's house. The hot pool and sauna were very nice and easy to warm up. The place was very clean and accurately described. We can only recommend it.

A real gem and oasis of peace with a good energy. The location was even more beautiful than expected based on the photos and the unexpected eggs as a gift for the kids as well as the unexpected visit of the horses and the dog and borrowing dog made everything a nice memory. The kids would like to come back, so we'll definitely plan that. See you soon enough. And oh yes, I'll come and pick up the stuff I forgot... 😀

Arrive - get out - feel good😃 This little house is perfect for a short trip for two plus dog to the sea! It is clean and bright and the view from the terrace of the fruit trees and fields is pure relaxation! The batteries are recharged. What a beautiful and inviting lake home very close to Gouda and all local transportation. It was fast travel to Rotterdam and only an hour from Amsterdam / both were easy access through the local train station Gouda Gowervelle. We enjoyed all the running and biking paths along the lake and canals. Shopping and sightseeing in Gouda was fun as well! (Enjoyed the cheese museum which is perfect for kids of all ages. ) The lake house was a perfect setting, neighbors are friendly and quiet and the home is spacious enough for 4 or small families and it’s simply beautiful . Enjoyed!! Great hosts and very responsive! Highly recommend.

Beautiful place exactly as described. It's not 5*, it is two old (but well looked after) caravans, but they have everything you need and look out over the garden and the fields beyond. Easy cycle to get to Gouda and there are shops etc in Stompwijk only a short walk away

Very beautiful and spacious home with a peaceful garden. We really enjoyed the silence and the host was amazingly friendly and responsive. They gave us great recommendations on where to visit, what to eat and eben where to buy chocolate for gift! 10/10

Lotte's house is simply perfect. Very close to Amsterdam and the airport, but still in a calm, quiet environment. The breakfast was always varied and very tasty. Our little boys loved the chickens. :) Lotte and her husband were incredibly sweet and helpful. We felt great, we would come back anytime! If I could, I would give 10 stars! :) Thank you for everything Lotte!

We booked Jos' accommodation for four for a week and were thrilled! The house offers plenty of space, is quietly located and was equipped with everything. Games, kitchen utensils such as blenders or baking tins... nothing was missing! It was also very clean. In 2 minutes walk you are at the water. It was GREAT.
