Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

The property is located on the outskirts in the upper part of the 250-soul town of Aremberg between Blankenheim and Adenau. The altitude of 550 meters above sea level allows wide views over the countryside. Gartenstraße is very quiet, it is also the Ahrsteig. Nature lovers will be pleased, the biodiversity of fauna and flora is great, in the sky the red kite makes its rounds, great spotted woodpecker, middle spotted woodpecker and green woodpecker are happy at the old trees.

The apartment is only about 300 meters from the famous hiking trail 'Eifelsteig.' Shopping such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe are only about 2.5 km away. Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

The medieval alleys with the church, the castle ruins, the former castle & various restaurants and cafes invite you to stroll and relax. The reservoir can be reached on foot in 10 minutes for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, etc.

Let yourself be enchanted by Monschau. You will sleep and live in a cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau that is over three hundred years old. The Rur flows right behind our house. The apartment has an area of approx. 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Children's bed and highchair may be available upon request. The terrace at the rear is part of the apartment. Covered sitting area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children are also welcome to play in the garden.
