Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, fifteen minutes to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk shops, but the apartment and kitchen are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher and much more).

Directly below is the "Kleine Freiheit Stade" bar – guests are provided with free drinks. On Friday and Saturday evenings, there may be increased noise levels into the night. Ideal for those who live centrally, have short distances and want to experience Stade authentically.

This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

A 10-minute walk away are a forest, nature reserve and renatured moorland. Towels and bed linen can be rented for a fee.

The apartment is a perfect starting point for trips to the Hanseatic city of Stade, Buxtehude or to ride the Elbe Cycle Route. The center of Fredenbeck is about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car. Stade can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Cuxhaven and Hamburg are an hour's drive away.
