Nice Apartment with garden and fire place

Fully equipped flat. Kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A living room with TV incl. DVD player and pull-out sofa is available. In addition, there are 2 desks in the living room, which can be used as a workplace. A monitor with HDMI connection is also available. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80x2m) incl. bed linen with wardrobe and clothes rail. Shutters for complete darkening are available. Daylight bathroom with shower and toilet incl. towels. A big plus is the large garden incl. campfire place for free use. Wood is available next to it! So nothing stands in the way of an evening campfire with the children with bread on sticks and sausages. In summer, a paddling pool can also be set up. A barbecue and large dining table with 6 chairs are also available in the outdoor area. Most of the time, the table is protected in the wooden hut, but of course it can be brought out if it is not ready in the garden. A private parking space is available directly at the entrance to the property (see pictures). There is also free parking along the road. The charming apartment is in the district of Gonnersdorf near Cadolzburg. Only 2 minutes away by car there is the historical castle of the municipality of Cadolzburg. In just 7 minutes you can reach the train station, from which you can reach the city center of Fürth and from there you have numerous connections to Nuremberg, Erlangen, Bamberg, etc. In the immediate vicinity you will find many excursion destinations such as the Playmobil Fun Park, Herzogenaurach with the Adidas and Puma Outlet, as well as the Palm Beach spa and much more.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

The accommodation is located in the village of Großhaslach, a district of the municipality of Petersaurach. The Way of St. James passes directly next to the apartment. There is a local bakery (Bäckerei Peipp) and a butcher shop (Metzgerei Geyer). Here you will find great quality at reasonable prices. Distance about 3 minutes on foot. The B14 (Nuremberg-Ansbach) as well as several S-Bahn stops (Petersaurach Nord, Wicklesgreuth, Heilsbronn) are within approx. 5 minutes by car.
