The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Our cozy guest house was converted in 2019 from an old aluminum factory to an energy-neutral tiny house of 40m2. It is free-standing in the backyard of our renovated house in Limmen. It is close to the dunes, the beach and forests. The larger cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam are within driving distance. It is also easy to do by public transport, but having your own car makes it many times easier. With a bicycle, you can best enjoy the surroundings.

The house has 3 floors full of atmosphere and amenities. From a spacious dining room with kitchen, spacious living room with TV, bedroom with two double beds and bathroom to the beautiful balconies, well-kept garden and private parking space for your car.
