Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg Town Hall, stylishly decorated with antiques. The front building was built in 1530, and the water-side building followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The façade was restored in May 2026 with great attention to detail and now shines again in all its glory next to the town hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Enjoy a mystical place at the edge of the forest by the fireplace

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farmhouse, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful part of Franconian Switzerland. There are 2 separate apartments in the Engelschanze, but they can also be booked as a single unit for 8–10 people. All guests can use the large garden. It extends into the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own separate terrace with a view.

Panoramablick in Litzendorf

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Separate entrance to the house at the back of the building. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a large living room, a built-in kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom and is fully furnished at 110 square meters. The panoramic view of Franconian Tuscany makes you feel close to vacation and relaxation. Thermal baths can be reached promptly by car.

Cosy and comfortable flat for 1 or 2

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.

The granny apartment is located in Melkendorf in rural Franconian Tuscany. The idyllic location near the World Heritage city of BAMBERG and FRANCONIAN SWITZERLAND, about 6 km away, offers charming contrasts between city and country. Beautiful apartment in the countryside and very quiet location, overlooking the Altenburg in Bamberg. The apartment can accommodate 2 people or a family with 2 children. Lots of greenery and lots of relaxation is definitely guaranteed. Fresh eggs from our own happy chickens and a nice play area for the kids are available. Treat yourself to a break with us!
