Heilbronn and Neckarsulm can be reached in a few minutes by country road. Shopping on site (partly with a short walk): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, various bakeries. Recreation: The natural monument Waldheide, the Stadtseebachtal and the castle ruins of Weibertreu invite you to take a walk. Within walking distance of the apartment!

You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

The basement apartment is right next to us in the single-family house and has its own entrance, which can be reached from the garden. The apartment is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor.
