Kitchen and living room in one, with lovely views and two verandas. The house is located in a very peaceful area on our farm, at the end of a road. Here you can relax and let time stand still. There is nice hiking terrain just outside the door. You can walk on trails in the fields, or take the car to popular destinations in the area such as the Pulpit Rock, Kjerag, Jærstrendene, Kongeparken, Sandnes and Stavanger.

You can pack your backpack and go on marked hikes from the cabin, or you can take short drives to hikes such as Store Skykula and Smørkamdalen. Distance by car: Kongeparken 40 mins. Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The cabin is without running water, and drinking water is provided in 25L canisters. Heat comes from the fireplace. Composting toilet. Foot pump driven shower. Propane driven hotplates and oven. If, on the other hand, you enjoy the sound of birds chirping, crackling in the fire pan and sheep bells, you will surely enjoy yourself.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.
