Wake up to the chirping of the birds. Delicious! A wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. You can book breakfast as an extra, which is definitely worth it. A varied breakfast with fresh ingredients and local products every day. Definitely recommended!

The same stay that matches the listed photos. Amenities are a bit old-fashioned (as seen in the photos) but everything works properly. Only downside for us that it is located on a busy stone road (with bedroom on the street side) while this was not clear from the description. Small terrace at the back with beautiful views of the fields and orchards where you can walk perfectly. Jeroen responded very quickly to messages, is not present but gives tips when asked.

Easy to find / Flanders.. very close to Wallonia which was our goal of visiting! Clean and convenient studio for two /Easy parking/ beautiful walking tours in the village

Erik & Leonce’s place was absolutely superb. Everything was at a walking distance. There was patisserie right around the corner with delicious pastries and deserts. The town square was just stone throw away. The duplex was absolutely spotless. Enjoyed every moment of my stay.
