Charming studio for 2, 4 or 6 people on the border of Hillegom and Bennebroek, in the middle of De Zuilen estate, located at the back of a characteristic farm with beautiful views of the garden. Spending the night with us is a unique experience that brings you peace of mind and lets you taste the essence of nature. Old entrance gates and courtyards make this perfect entirely. Our concept is simple, harmonious and full of energy for those who are open to (re)discovering the balance of life.

Spacious apartment "Studio Diamond Haarlem"

Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

Energy-neutral cozy vacation home

Wooden cottage, self-built in 2020. Mostly with recycled material. There are no less than 20 solar panels on the cottage! The beams and the ridge have remained nicely in sight, which gives a spatial effect. A stable window from the farm where Karin was born has been incorporated into the ridge. The old yellow clinkers from that farm form the terrace, along with the tiles from the basement. As a surprise, husband made a heart in the terrace for Karin! All in all a nice place to stay

Near beach, 20 train-min from A’dam. Free bike-use

The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

Kwekerij Mijnlust is a spacious apartment of 45 m2 located in the middle of the bulb fields of Hillegom. There is ample parking on private property. Living room: TV with Netflix, sofa bed, dining table, 2 chairs and wooden sofa. Kitchen: dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, oven. Bathroom: Luxury Shower, toilet, sink. On the loft, a bedroom has been created with an electrically adjustable double bed. French doors to private garden overlooking the bulb fields.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Come and stay in a modern and stylish studio with a view of the dunes, close to Zandvoort beach. This stylish design studio for 2 people is located on the edge of the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen. The studio gives unobstructed views of the dunes and is a stone's throw from the beach (1400 m) and the center (1000 m) of Zandvoort. A design studio with all the comforts: queen size box spring (160x200), compact kitchen, bathroom, private terrace and air conditioning.

SUN studio is located directly at the sea and dunes. You can enjoy sunrise over the dunes and sunset in the sea from your studio. Seating area: sea and kite zone view. Direct aan het water! Ontbijt service beschikbaar. In het schitterende Heemstede dichtbij bos, strand, zee en duinen, Haarlem en Amsterdam ligt aan het water het Tiny House The Boatshed (boothuis). Gelegen in een mooie, ruime tuin, met eigen entree, terras, lounge set en overkapping. Op loopafstand van het Groenendaalse bos, Haarlem op 15 min fietsen. Amsterdam 20 min met de trein. De Keukenhof in Lisse op 15 km. Een echt pareltje!

Mijn ruimte is vlakbij Heemstede-Aerdenhout train station, from there 20 minutes to Amsterdam or Leiden Central station (every 15 minutes). A 15 minute travel to the historical centre of Haarlem or beach and Formula 1 racing circuit in Zandvoort. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance.. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen (met kinderen).
