A newly built house in the countryside, large apartment upper floor of 140 sqm with open floor plan. The house is located on a farm with the forest behind the corner and a large garden with lawn. The apartment has all the amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet/shower and washing machine. 4 beds (double bed+sofa bed) If there are more of you in the group, there is room for an inflatable mattress or a cot that you bring with you. Near the accommodation, there is a windbreak with a barbecue area by a pond. A wood-fired natural sauna can be rented for an additional 500 SEK.

Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, perfect for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. The house is child-friendly and situated in a secluded location close to the lake and nature. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance). The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
