The house has 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen-living room, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. The garden has a barbecue, dining area, a pallet sofa, a playhouse and swings. Washer, dryer and electric car charging are available. Two cats live in the house and need food and water. 5 minutes to Hedeland and shopping. Roskilde is within cycling distance, and a cargo bike can be borrowed. Ishøj Strandpark: 20 minutes by car.

Inside, there is a large living room with a ceiling for the kettle and a wood-burning stove. Sofa, hammock, and a daybed. 3 rooms and 3 double beds. No TV. The house is older and the bathroom is in need of renovation. It's usable - but worn. There is hot water :-)
