Newly built apartment from 2024 on the top floor with fantastic light. Central location close to station, shopping, highway and green areas. Ideal base for sightseeing in Roskilde and Copenhagen. The apartment, which has underfloor heating everywhere, consists of an entrance hall, large kitchen/dining room in direct connection with the living room. A bedroom with a double bed, and a room with a sofa bed that can be folded out to a double bed. A lovely west-facing balcony, where the summer's sunny days as well as the most amazing sunsets can be enjoyed.

Nice charming wooden house, which is located as an annex to a closed farm. The house has its own driveway behind the old barn, and its own small wooden terrace. The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with large sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on a 1½ person bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately, it's not a handicap-friendly house.

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

With free parking and an EV charger available, this is a great spot for both business and leisure travelers. Please note, you may hear footsteps and water drains from upstairs. We also have a cat.
