New build luxurious beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a fund and with the beautiful plain that spreads out around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any requests. Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Välkommen till vårt nybyggda fritidshus i Hästholmen, Östergötlands västkustpärla. Byggår 2022, perfekt för semester med hela familjen eller vännerna. Huset kan bekvämt ta emot 6 st sovande gäster, stor trädgård, 2 min till bad, lekpark & glass. Huset ligger beläget intill Östgötaleden med sin vackra natur, 5 min till Omberg och golfbana, 30 min till Vadstena och Gränna. Runt knuten ligger även Västergårdens ställplats för husbilar.

Sjöängen

Sjöängen är ett unikt hus placerat 50 meter från Vätterns strand. Det är ett robust hus med en fantastisk utsikt som ger stor närhet till naturen. Bara tre minuter från huset hittar ni klippor att bada från. Huset ligger i Ödeshög och det är därför nära till både Omberg och Alvastra. Tack vare E4an är det enkelt att ta sig till flertalet av Östergötlands smultronställen.
