You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.

Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

The homelike studio at "Das Kutscherhäuschen" features wooden floors, solid wood furniture and soft lighting. It has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and a terrace. Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
