Centrally located, not far from the highway, the cozy apartment is located in a detached house in the Ahr Valley. From here you can hike comfortably to the Steinerberghaus, via the Ahrsteig to the Rhein-Ahr-Eifel Nature Park or along the Ahr-Rotweinstraße and the Rotweinwanderweg to Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. After events at the Nürburgring, you will find peace and relaxation here. A large garden with a fire bowl invites you to linger. For cold days there is a large fireplace in the living area.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
