Enjoy woodland walks direct from the garden gate, take a long soak in the en-suite’s enormous bath-tub built for two. Your accommodation is connected to ours, but you will have a private entrance. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and rocking chair. The bathroom is spacious with an electric shower. The sitting room has a sofa bed, fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle with various teas and coffees. We have a table-top hotplate and a mini-oven. We offer wifi, Sky Q TV, books and games. The door will be unlocked on arrival, if we are not there.

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!
