Freshly renovated 1-room apartment with kitchen and shower room in Havelberg. The house was built in the 19th century and has been renovated since 2021. Thus, some modern vacation apartments have been created in this house. In addition, there is a barbecue area with a fire basket, a sauna and a hot tub (bathtub for 6 people) in the garden right in front of the house for our guests to use free of charge. A bicycle garage is also available directly on the property and is included in the price of the accommodation.

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

The maisonette extends over two floors and impresses with its quiet location and wide view of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick and clay plaster create a special atmosphere in the rooms and combine rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fibre-optic internet.
